Who Are We?
The Patriot STEM Academy is reimagining how we teach the next generation of innovators. We have a special focus on how engineers, scientists, mathematicians, and technological innovators learn best: by doing!
Patriot STEM Academy will launch serving students in grades 3 and 4, with a long-term growth goal of expanding into a full K–8 magnet school. This is exciting news, as our incoming 3rd and 4th grade students will be able to continue with Patriot STEM Academy all the way through 8th grade!
For us, the name “Patriot” honors the proud traditions that came before us while looking boldly toward the future. It represents more than a school, it reflects a commitment to our community, a spirit of collaboration, and a dedication to developing the next generation of Idaho leaders. What Makes Us Different?

At Patriot STEM Academy, we don’t just memorize facts on flashcards. We master the core subjects by solving complex problems within our own community. Our projects integrate math, technology, science, and more into an amazing learning experience.

The 3rd and 4th grades are pivotal moments in your child’s education. It’s a time when they begin discovering their interests, building new skills, and developing a deeper love for learning. Schools will shift from basic lecture-based lessons to more hands-on project based instruction, leaning more toward exploring subjects rather than simply teaching them.
