Superintendent's Voice

Back-to-School 2019

Paula Kellerer portraitIt’s the first day of school, and we’re so excited to welcome students back to the classroom. This milestone marks the waning days of summer but also the start of many new adventures. Students are anxious to make new friends and reconnect with old ones, become involved in new experiences and challenge themselves to learn and to grow.

Our incredible teaching staff have spent countless hours preparing for this year. But they can’t do it alone. Educating our kids is truly a community effort. It takes engaged parents, committed community partners, dedicated school resource officers, tireless support staff and a shared goal of preparing today’s generation to be tomorrow’s leaders. Together we can build a better tomorrow.

Thank you for all that you do for Nampa’s kids! Please enjoy this back-to-school video message from me and Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling.
