Cortney Stauffer

As Executive Director of Operations, Cortney oversees district operations for the Nampa School District, with responsibility for establishing and maintaining processes, tools, resources, training, and governance practices to ensure effective execution of district projects. He also is a core member of the senior district management team and engages with key stakeholders to drive district-wide initiatives, operational efficiencies, optimize work quality, and build business solutions to better enable district capabilities.
