Committees

There are two types of committees tasked with making recommendations on policies or other issues affecting the district: Board Committees and Administrative Committees. These can include standing committees or ad hoc committees.

 

Board committees include the Annual Audit Review Committee, Preston Capell Loan Award Committee, Curriculum Adoption Committees, the Master Contract Negotiations Team, and committees created by trustees to address specific needs within the district, such as graduation requirements.

 

Administrative committees include the Calendar Committee, Insurance Committee and other committees created to address administrative or operational concerns.
