Professional Development

OCTOBER DAYS

October 6th and 7th are required professional development days without students.  The majority of our teachers will be attending the Super Conference in Boise, and it will be paid for with state professional development funds!

Certified staff will be working with their principal to identify their choice.

  • These are paid professional development days; if a certified staff member would like to take personal days, please reflect it on the spreadsheet so we don’t pre-pay for a person who won’t be attending.  Please remind your staff that If in the event of illness the certified staff member must call in and report the sick day.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />

o   It is the responsibility of the certified staff members to input their two personal days or sick day in AESOP.

·         Information regarding conferences, cost and location are below.

·         Busing will be provided to the Super Conference only.  Information coming on bus pick up locations.

o   Parking at Timberline will be very limited for the Super Conference.

NOTE: Attendee will be registered to the conference at the district level based on lists provided by the principal.  Therefore, sooner submission will guarantee enrollment.  Credit will be the responsibility of each attendee and links or information will be electronically sent.
